62nd Meeting of the AFROSAI Governing Board

The Court of Accounts of the Kingdom of Morocco hosted the proceedings of the 62nd meeting of the AFROSAI Governing Board on July 9 and 10, 2025. This high-level gathering brought together the Presidents and representatives of Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) from the organization’s African member countries.

The meeting focused on examining and adopting reports prepared by AFROSAI’s President, the Secretary-General and the Chairs of the Technical Committees (Institutional and Technical Capacity Building Committee, Organizational Capacity Building Committee and the Editorial Committee of the African Journal of Comprehensive Auditing), as well as the reports from the AFROSAI annual planning meeting.

The agenda also included a review of the Organization's strategic priorities for the coming years and talks on development proposals pertaining to its activities, in addition to the formal handover formalities between the incoming General-Secretariat and the outgoing Secretariat whose mandate reached its term.
